What are your box office hours?

|
St. Andrew's Hall Box Office is open weekdays from noon to 5pm. The box office is also open on weekend event days. Please call (313) 961-8137 for weekend hours and ticket availability. St. Andrew's Hall sells tickets for all Fillmore Detroit, St. Andrew's Hall and Shelter events with no service fees. The box office is located within the venue at 431 East Congress Detroit, MI 48226. |

Where do I park?
|
|
|
|
Parking is available on all four sides of the building. APG parking directly across the street from the venue is located at 414 East Congress and is generally where most patrons park. Premium Pre-Paid parking passes are available for the APG lot online through Ticketmaster at checkout. All local parking lots are independently owned and operated and are guarded and lit throughout most St. Andrew's Hall and Shelter events. |

Where is St. Andrew's Hall / The Shelter located?

St. Andrew's Hall is located at 431 East congress between Beaubien and Brush streets in the Greek town area of downtown Detroit. We are 2 blocks straight across the street from the GM ( Former Ren Cen ) building.
The Shelter is the lower level of St. Andrew's Hall. It is accessible from the main lobby during St. Andrew's Hall events and from the rear of the building for Shelter events. |

What amenities are available during a concert?
|
|
|
|
St. Andrew's Hall and The Shelter both have full service bars that feature dozens of liquor brands and over 80 brands of beer. The Shelter ( Lower level ) is open during most events and offers additional bars, restrooms, seating and food. Patrons who wish to take a break from the main ballroom event may go downstairs and listen to music, play video games, sit and relax. The Shelter stays open late after most concerts and offers drink specials, DJ’s, music and dancing. |

How do I purchase ADA seating?

Purchase a ticket at any price level either online or via phone. Upon arrival, please come to front doors and contact the St. Andrew's Hall staff. We will assist you with entry into the building and answer any questions you may have regarding special needs during your visit. |

What is the door time for my concert?
|
|
|
|
Please check livenation.com for a complete listing of door times for events. Unlike theater shows, St. Andrew's Hall advertises door times with most concerts starting 30-60 minutes after the advertised door time. Please call (313) 961-8137 for event start times. |

What is the Fast Lane program?
|
|
|
|
The Fast Lane allows first entry at door time for concert-goers and may be purchased online at the time of ticket purchase. There are a limited number of Fast Lane tickets available for each show. The Fast Lane program eliminates having to wait in line to be the first group to enter the venue. |

What is your camera policy for concerts?
|
|
|
|
It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with lenses on them are considered to be professional-length and are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Ushers will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars. Audio or video recording is also almost never allowed at concerts unless otherwise noted. |
